This page explains how to contact Aimward support, what requests usually cover, and what diagnostic information to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information unrelated to the issue.

To report an issue, describe an unexpected behavior, or contact product support, email support@clearflux.net.
3. Information to include
If possible, include your device model, system version, Aimward version, when the issue occurred, whether iCloud sync or a data-space lock is enabled, and steps to reproduce the issue.
4. Common support scope
Common topics include iCloud sync, data-space privacy, widget display, task reminders, focus flow, calendar sync, purchase restoration, and membership entitlement status.
5. Handling notes
We will help investigate Aimward-related issues within a reasonable scope. App Store purchases, subscription cancellation, and refunds are usually handled by Apple under its rules; do not send card numbers, Apple ID passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
